mcrender ("we", "us") operates www.mcrender.net. this policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. by using the site you agree to this policy and our terms of service.

account data — if you sign in with google or discord, we receive your email, display name, and profile image from that provider. you may also set a username and custom avatar on mcrender.

usage data — render counts, plan tier, poses you create or remix, and basic product analytics (only if you consent to analytics cookies).

uploads — minecraft skins, profile pictures, pose thumbnails, and exported renders you upload or generate through the platform.

payment data — subscriptions are processed by polar. we store billing status and customer ids linked to your account, not full card numbers.

support messages — if you contact us, we keep the name, email, and message you send.

we rely on trusted processors to operate mcrender:

• google & discord — sign-in (oauth)
• uploadthing — file storage for skins and images
• polar — subscription billing
• resend — transactional email
• posthog — analytics (with consent)
• vercel, neon, upstash — hosting, database, and rate limiting

each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

we keep account data while your account is active. you can delete your account or request deletion by emailing us. we use encryption in transit (https) and access controls on production systems, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
